Leadership Team role is to assist in the day-to-day running of the church during the interregnum between Nick & Grace Turner stepping down from being Senior Pastors and the arrival of a new Senior Pastor(s) to take that role.

The aim is to provide a vibrant continuation of church life between the old regime and the new one and to offer oversight of different areas of Church Life.
